  I think everything published made a lot of sense. However,
  consider this, what if you were to write a killer title? I am not saying your content
  is not good., but suppose you added a headline that grabbed folk's attention? I mean Video: Simple install of ESX 3.5 is kinda boring.
  You should look at Yahoo's front page and note how they create news titles to grab viewers to
  open the links. You might add a video or a related
  picture or two to grab people excited about what you've got to say.
  Just my opinion, it could make your posts a little livelier.
